Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of the item purchased and the distance it must travel to arrive at its new home. Please contact us for shipping rates in your area. We will ship by any means you request. Shipping must be paid before the transaction is completed and your order is filled.
Returns and Refunds
Should you be unhappy with any of the items you received due to flaws in craftsmanship, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement shipment. Please retain original carton for returns. All shipping is paid by the purchaser.

Shipping Damage
Items damaged in shipment will not qualify for refunds.
Your purchases are insured upon shipment for your protection. All damaged items should be taken directly to the deliverer for processing of claim.
If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or another country please contact us about additional charges. In most cases it may not cost anymore. In most cases we are shipping via The United Parcel Service. If you would like us to ship another way please contact us.

King's Custom Woodworks will gather your information, including email address, mailing address and phone, and credit card information for their own use exclusively.
